Plastic and Plaster refractories can be used to repair cracks that occur during melting in the furnace aggregate.

Plastic and Plaster are often used to shape the spout or topping of furnaces because they are easy to apply and will remain in place, even if a relatively thick layer is applied.

We use for repair and maintain critical components in the metal processing industry, including coreless induction furnaces, inductors, ladles etc .

Our solutions provide exceptional resistance to thermal shock, wear, and corrosion, ensuring reliable performance across various applications.

ALU-PAK 67 and ALU-SEAL 68
are phosphoric acid-bonded, Alumina-Silicate based refractory recommended for patchingrefractory linings.

ALU-PAK 67
is also recommended for useas a top cap and spout material on new
or used linings.

ALU-PAK and ALU-SEL
may also serve as the lining or maintenance refractoryin ladles as well
as other hot metal transfer and heatcontainment equipment.

LADLE SEAL, Ladle pack 17C and other coating material is suggested
for daily maintenance.

Metal and slag are bonded to the wall usually. Cleaning will not only waste a lot of labor and time, but also cause damage to the lining.

Apply coating material can help to reduce de-slag frequency:

   – Reduce the labor cost;
   – Reduce mechanical wear and impact on the lining;
   – Extend the service life.
